Abstract
Kinerja organisasi terbentuk melalui keefektifan kerja tim. Peran penting pencapaian keefektifan kerja tim dibentuk salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan fleksibilitas teknologi. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis peran penting adaptasi dan kecakapan dalam memediasi pengaruh fleksibilitas teknologi terhadap keefektifan kerja tim. Penelitian mempergunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 responden. Kriteria responden adalah individu yang bekerja dalam sebuah tim akuntansi. Pemilihan sampel didasarkan atas kriteria individu yang bekerja dalam bidang akuntansi membutuhkan kolaborasi koordinasi dan pengambilan keputusan bersama,, sehingga dituntut untuk mampu bekerja dalam tim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi dan kecakapan terbukti memediasi secara penuh pengaruh fleksibilitas teknologi terhadap keefektifan tim. Adaptasi dan kecakapan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keefektifan tim. Dapat disimpulkan adaptasi dan kecakapan adalah faktor penting yang dalam organisasi, sehingga dibutuhkan untuk mempertahankan dan mendorong keefektifan kerja tim. Implikasi penelitian adalah organisasi diharapkan menciptakan kemampuan adaptasi dan kecakapan kerja dengan pelatihan yang terjadwal secara konsisten untuk membentuk keefektifan tim.

6. Termination
This agreement can be terminated by the author or Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen upon two months’ notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party’s notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen or its sublicensee.
