Journal Description

Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business was first published by the Department of Agricultural Socio Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Bengkulu in 2019. Journal of Agricultural Socio Economics and Business has a p-ISSN number of 2685-7243 and e-ISSN number of 2715-839X. Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business was published as a media for disseminating research results, reviews, and comments on published articles not only written by lecturers and students in the University of Bengkulu but also by other scientific communities.

Initially, the Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business had a white and A4-sized cover, but in its development, the cover colour of the printed Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business changed with yellow dominance with green bursts not only to symbolize the colours of the Agricultural Socio Economics’ Department but also to give a more interesting look. Along with the development of technology, Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business has also begun introducing online version starting early 2019 by adopting Online Journal System to improve service quality to the public and expanding the reach of the audience with an e-ISSN number of 2715-839X. Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business is currently under the management of Agricultural Faculty Publishing Agency (Badan Penerbit Fakultas Pertanian = BPFP) Bengkulu of University along with other journals in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu. Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business distributed twice a year in June and December.  Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business is dedicated to researchers and academics intent on publishing research, scientific thinking, and other original scientific ideas. The article published in the Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business is the author's original work with a broad spectrum of topics covering agricultural and resources economics, agribusiness management, Rural sociology, Agrarian studies, Agribusiness development, Agricultural politics and policies, Natural resource and Environmental management, as well as Agricultural and Rural extension.

JASEB, the authors are required to register in advance and upload the manuscript online. The process of the manuscript could be monitored through OJS. Authors, readers, editorial board, editors, and peer review could obtain the real-time status of the manuscript. A hard copy of the journal could be purchased by the system. Several other changes are informed in Journal History.

Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business (JASEB) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open access journal, published by Badan Penerbitan Fakultas Pertanian (BPFP), Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Bengkulu  (Publishing House of Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu). International Standart Serial Number JASEB: p-ISSN 2685-7243 and e-ISSN 2715-839X. JASEB publishes research papers, technical papers, conceptual papers, and case study reports.

 

The article published in the Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business is the author's original work with a broad spectrum of topics covering agricultural and resources economics, agribusiness management, rural sociology, Agrarian Studies, Agribusiness development, Agricultural politics and policies, Natural resource and environmental management, as well as Agricultural and Rural Extension. The journal is published in both print and online versions, and the online version is available for free.

 

Journal of Agri Socio Economics and Business (JASEB) has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) with Grade (Sinta 4) (0385/E5.3/KI.02.00/2022)
