Focus and Scope

Konservasi Hayati contains a mixture of academic articles and reviews on all aspects of biological science with the following topics:

1. Bioconservation of plants

2. Bioconservation of animals

3. Microbiology

4. Biotechnology

5. Ecology

6. Genetic and Molecular

7. Any fields related to biology, animal husbandry, fisheries, and agriculture.

Peer Review Process

Article submitted to the editor will be selected through an initial review process by the Editorial Board. The articles deemed worthy will be sent to Reviewer using Double Blind Peer Review Process (2 reviewers for each articles). The results of article reviews will be returned to the author for revision. The review process takes a maximum of four weeks. Each entry will be assessed in terms of science and methodology. Reviewer, in cooperation with the Konservasi Hayati consists of Biology experts. Reviewer as a partner of this journal are experts in their field and experienced as a reviewer in several journals both in national and international scale.

Publication Frequency

Konservasi Hayati Journal published on april and october each year. article received will soon be published online when they are ready to be published.

Open Access Policy

Konservasi Hayati provides open access directly to content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports global exchanges that are greater than knowledge. Users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full text of this article, or use it for other legitimate purposes under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.

Journal History

Konservasi Hayati is a Journal majoring in Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Bengkulu University.
KH first published in 2007 as much as 2 times in one year ie January-June and July-December edition. In 2020, KH began to publish 6 articles in one volume a year in April and October. Special editions in English can be published if necessary.
Konservasi Hayati fits well for researchers and academics who are inheriting the results of research, scientific thought, and other original scientific ideas. Konservasi Hayati publishes research papers, technical papers, conceptual papers, and case study reports.

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Konservasi Hayati is a journal of biology science and first printed in Mei 2007, this scientific journal accepts writings that have never been published elsewhere. and receive writings on the subject of biology.

The manuscript should be within the scope and focus of this journal subject.
Manuscripts or articles are sent in a soft copy of Microsoft Word files, through an online system by registering first at the address https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/hayati/about/submissions and via e-mail konservasihayati@unib.ac.id
Excel formatted tables, JPEG format images, graphics and the like are placed into text manuscripts.
The manuscript is sent with the following conditions :

A4 paper (21 cm x 29,7cm) with the page margin; Left (2,54 cm), top (2,54 cm), Right (2,54 cm), and bottom (2,54 cm)
The contents of the article are made into two columns
The number of the manuscript pages between 6 - 10 pages.
The script is written two column with 1 space.
The manuscript is written in Indonesian except abstract. It is written in English too)
The conjunctions (and, in, or with, as well, about, that, against, so, because, then, for the sake,) and prepositions (in, to, from, into, within, by, through) are written in lowercase

Figure and Table. Place the caption above the table, while the Figure label at the bottom of the figure/image. Write down certain tables and figures, for example Table 1. or Figure 1. (Times New Roman-11 pt)
Citation and references. The citation style and references follow the
American Psychologycal Association style of the sixth edition (APA Sixth Edition). (Times New Roman-11 pt)
