Implementasi Fungsi Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Di Desa Ketaping, Kecamatan Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine the Leadership Function of the Head of Ketaping Village, Manna District, South Bengkulu Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. This can be seen from the leadership function: an instructive function, the orders given by the Village Head, namely oral and written. The consultative function in this function is that the Village Head does not want to listen to the opinions or suggestions given by the community even though for the progress of a Village the Village Head and the Community must be able to work together. The actual participatory function in this function is that the Village Head is not able to get the community to participate directly in activities in the Village. But it's just that with a strong desire the Community to advance the Village makes the community continue to carry out activities in the Village. The function of delegation in the delegation or delegation of authority of the Village Head prioritizes the positions held by the Village Apparatus. The function of control and supervision in this function is the lack of direction given by the Village Head to the Village Apparatus makes the Village Officials not disciplined in working so that the service given to the community is not good.
