Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which the implementation of Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Employee Discipline in the Department of Revenue, Financial Management and Regional Assets of Seluma Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection techniques used in this study were through observation, conducting interviews, and studying documentation by collecting materials in the form of letters, activity agendas and photographs. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that: First, the level of compliance with the obligations of civil servants in the Department of Revenue, Financial Management and Regional Assets of Seluma Regency is in the good category. Second, the level of compliance with the prohibition on civil servants in the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Office of Seluma Regency is in the very high category, even though there are still one or two civil servants who are less loyal to their work and responsibilities. Third, to improve civil servant discipline taken by the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Office of Seluma Regency. Fourth, the level of employee performance in the Seluma Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Office during 2013 to August 2014 with the implementation of Government Regulation No. 2010 concerning Employee Discipline in carrying out their duties.
