IMPLEMENTATION OF REGIONAL REGULATION NO. 07 OF 2013 ON LIVESTOCK CONTROL IN CENTRAL BENGKULU REGENCY

Abstrak

This thesis is entitled "Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 07 of 2013 Concerning Livestock Control in Central Bengkulu Regency" which aims to determine and describe the Implementation of Regional Regulations Concerning Livestock in Central Bengkulu Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the selection of 10 informants through purposive sampling techniques. There are 4 aspects discussed in this study, namely Socialization, Program Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation. The results of the study indicate that in terms of Socialization, it has been carried out by the Central Bengkulu Regency Civil Service Police Unit. The Program Planning aspect on facilities and infrastructure is still inadequate. The Monitoring Aspect carried out by the Central Bengkulu Regency Civil Service Police Unit is in the form of Patrol Supervision and Monitoring Evaluation Aspect There are still livestock farmers whose livestock roam agricultural land, on public roads that interfere with road users.
