Abstract
The purpose of this study was to see the competence of the Bengkulu Province Education and Training Agency lecturers and to find out things that could improve the competence of the Bengkulu Province Education and Training Agency lecturers. The research method used is qualitative, namely a systematic, factual and accurate description of facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena and existing theories. The type of data used is primary data in the form of class evaluation, interviews and direct observation. Meanwhile, the secondary data used were document studies. Research informants were training participants, mentors, lecturers and echelon III and IV officials of Bengkulu Province education and training. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is generally known that from the aspect of learning management competence, the results of the recapitulation of the participant's assessment of the learning management competence widyaiswara are above 85 with a satisfactory assessment. Notes related to learning management competencies. namely how learning can be fun and applicable for them while on duty in their respective places, complete infrastructure so that it is conducive to learning. From the aspect of personality competence, the results of the recapitulation of the participants' assessment of widyaiswara were above 90 with a very satisfying assessment. Note that should be considered related to personality competence is the daily attendance of widyaiswara as a State Civil Apparatus. From the aspect of social competence, the results of the recapitulation of the participants' assessment of the widyaiswara social competence lecturers of the Bengkulu Province education and training board are above 75 with a very good assessment. Note related to social competence, namely that both participants and organizers hope that widyaiswara will be united. From the aspect of substantive competence, the results of the recapitulation of the participant's assessment of the substantive competence widyaiswara are above 85 with a satisfactory assessment. Notes related to substantive competence, namely how the material can be kept up to date.
