Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan strategi pemberdayaan pemandu wisata lokal dalam menunjang keberlanjutan ekonomi dan sosial budaya masyarakat pada Agrowisata Desa Adat Ngadas Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan penyajian data dengan menggunakan diagram fishbone dalam mengidentifikasi masalahnya. Teori yang digunakan yakni teori pemberdayaan masyarakat dan teori pariwisata berbasis masyarakat. Hasil penelitian bahwa pihak pengelola Agrowisata Desa Adat Ngadas Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap pemandu wisata lokal dalam bentuk pelatihan berbahasa asing, pelatihan pengetahuan seputar kegiatan adat, keagamaan dan agrowisata Desa Adat Ngadas.
