The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines
The writing system in the article consists of at least the following parts:
Article titles are made clear, concise and concise.
The abstraction of this section contains a summary of the research, including regarding: research problems, research, research methods, and research objectives. The abstract is presented at the beginning of the article and consists of 150 to 400 words and is written in good and correct English. The abstract is followed by at least three keywords to make it easier to index articles.
The introduction describes the background (motivation) of the research, the formulation of the research problem, the research objectives, and (if deemed necessary) the organization of the article.
Theoretical Framework and Hypothesis Development (if any) outlines the theoretical framework and previous research (if any) which will serve as a reference and logistical basis for developing hypotheses or research proposals and research models.
Research Methods contains various methods of selecting and collecting data, measurement and operational definitions, as well as methods of data analysis.
Data Analysis Disclose the required analysis of research data and descriptive statistics (if any).
Discussion and Conclusion contains a discussion of the findings and conclusions of the research. Implications and Limitations serves to explain and develop the research and limitations as well as if necessary suggestions put forward by the author for future research.
The Reference List contains the sources cited in writing the article. Only referenced sources are included in the reference list. The appendix contains tables, figures, and research instruments used.
The author's identity (name, address, e-mail address, and field of study of the article as well as the author's curriculum vitae including the last education, occupation, origin of the institution and some recent scientific works) must be included on a separate sheet from the article.
The article is typed using the MS Word program, Time New Roman, size 12 pt, on A4 paper size. Long direct quotations (more than three and a half lines) are typed with single spacing and indented form.
20 pages long (including pictures and tables).
At least 1 inch top, bottom, left and right margins.
All pages, including tables, attachments and references must be given a page number.
Tables or images are presented on separate pages or at the end of the article. The author only needs to mention in the article section, where to include tables or figures. Each table or figure is given a serial number, a title according to the contents of the table or figure.
Citations in the article should be written in brackets stating the author's last name, year without commas, and the page of the source of the article cited (if deemed necessary).
Example :
One source of quotations with one author: (Wiranto, 1990). One citation source with two authors (Wiranto and Henderson 1995). One citation source with more than two authors (Henderson et al. 1995 or Henderson et.al. 1995). Two sources of quotations with different authors (Wiranto, 1996; Kuncaraningrat 1991) Sources of quotations originating from the institute should state the acronym for the institution (BI, 2003).
The content of the article is not the responsibility of the editor. The editor has the right to change the editorial without changing the meaning. Each article must include a list of references with the following writing conditions:
The list of references is proposed alphabetically by the name of the author or institution. References: author's name, year of publication, title of journal or book, name of journal or publication, page number.
