Abstract
Desa Padang Jawi memiliki potensi lokal yang belum dikelola secara maksimal oleh masyarakat. Tentunya pemanfaatan potensi lokal harus didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang memadai pula. Dalam hal ini, peningkatan sumber daya manusia tersebut dilakukan melalui program KKN dii Desa Padang Jawi. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah melakukan koordinasi dengan pemerintah Desa Padang Jawi, melaksanakan lokakarya awal untuk mengenalkan program kerja serta meminta saran dan kritik dari masyarakat setempat, dan melakukan evaluasi kegiatan. Program KKN mendapat respon positif dan dukungan tidak hanya dari Perangkat Desa Padang Jawi saja, organisasi pemuda seperti Karang Taruna, ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK), siswa-siswi sekolah dasar hingga menengah atas pun ikut berpartisipasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, diperoleh 99,33% masyarakat setuju bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat diperlukan dalam menyukseskan kegiatan KKN Desa Padang Jawi. Keaktifan, sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat masing-masing mengalami peningkatan setelah program KKN terselesaikan. Artinya, pelaksanaan program KKN berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan sumber daya manusia di Desa Padang Jawi. Harapannya kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat, pengetahuan mengenai potensi lokal dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Desa Padang Jawi secara maksimal.

ABSTRACT
DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN PADANG JAWI VILLAGE COMMUNITIES THROUGH HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT. Padang Jawi Village has local potential that has not been managed optimally by the community. Of course, the utilization of local potential must be supported by adequate human resources as well. In this case, the increase in human resources is carried out through the Community Service Program in Padang Jawi Village. The stages of implementing the activity are coordinating with the Padang Jawi Village government, conducting initial workshops to introduce the work program and asking for suggestions and criticism from the local community, and evaluating activities. The KKN program received a positive response and support not only from the Padang Jawi Village Apparatus, youth organizations such as Youth Organizations, Family Empowerment, and Welfare (PKK) women, and elementary to high school students also participated. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that 99.33% of the community agreed that community empowerment was needed for the success of KKN activities in Padang Jawi Village. The activities, attitudes, knowledge, and skills of each community have increased after the KKN program was completed. This means that the implementation of the Community Service Program has an effect on increasing human resources in Padang Jawi Village. It is hoped that this activity can increase public awareness, and knowledge about local potential and improve the quality of human resources in Padang Jawi Village to the maximum.
