Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran tingkat kognitif soal latihan dan soal uji kompetensi materi
statistika pada buku teks matematika terbitan kemendikbud kurikulum 2013 edisi revisi 2017 kelas VIII
SMP semester 2 berdasarkan taksonomi bloom revisi. Taksonomi Bloom revisi yang digunakan ialah
pada dimensi proses kognitif yang terdiri dari: mengingat (C1), memahami (C2), mengaplikasikan (C3),
menganalisis (C4), mengevaluasi (C5), dan mencipta (C6). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif
kualitatif. Soal-soal latihan yang dianalisis berjumlah 49 pertanyaan dan soal uji kompetensi berjumlah 38
pertanyaan. Pada soal latihan memiliki tingkat kognitif memahami (C2) sebanyak 7 pertanyaan (14,3%),
mengaplikasikan (C3) sebanyak 39 pertanyaan (79,6%), mengevaluasi (C5) sebanyak 2 pertanyaan (4,1%),
dan mencipta (C6) sebanyak 1 pertanyaan (2%), serta tidak adanya tingkat kognitif mengingat (C1) dan
mengevaluasi (C4). Sedangkan pada soal uji kompetensi memiliki tingkat kognitif mengingat (C1) sebanyak
1 pertanyaan (2,6%), memahami (C2) sebanyak 2 pertanyaan (5,3%), mengaplikasikan (C3) sebanyak 30
pertanyaan (78,9%), menganalisis (C4) sebanyak 3 pertanyaan (7,9%), dan mengevaluasi (C5) sebanyak 2
pertanyaan (5,3%), serta tidak adanya tingkat kognitif mengingat (C1) dan mencipta (C6).
