Abstract
Penyetaraan skor ujian diperlukan jika terjadi anak pindah sekolah, untuk memperoleh skor yang setara dengan skor sekolah tujuan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengadakan pelatihan tentang penyetaraan skor ujian bagi guru-guru SMP IT Khairunnas kota Bengkulu. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah guru-guru SMP IT Khairunnas kota Bengkulu mampu membuat skor ujian antar sekolah maupun antar guru menjadi setara . Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi dan praktek langsung dengan data yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru di bidang penyetaraan skor ujian. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dipergunakan sebagai bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru-guru dalam mengevaluasi hasil dan proses pendidikan di SMP IT Khairunnas kota Bengkulu.
