Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan berdasarkan diskusi dengan mitra terkait dengan olahraga masyarakat salah satunya senam indonesia cinta tanah air (Sicita). Senam Sicita didirikan secara nasional oleh para perintis senam Indonesia sebagai salah satu jenis senam masyarakat. Senam Sicita merupakan salah satu bentuk senam massal yang bermanfaat untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani. Mencermati situasi seperti ini pengabdi memberikan solusi berupa alternatif melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan Sicita untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani masyarakat. Karena senam ini tidak hanya mengkaji tentang kebugaran fisik saja, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan penguatan jati diri bangsa di era globalisasi ini. Fungsi pengenalan sicita salah satunya untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat Indonesia terkait dengan senam kreasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi,dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa senam Indonesia cinta tanah air dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani. Namun untuk pengabdian selanjutnya melakukan pelatihan secara terprogram terkait dengan senam sicita untuk masyarakat Indonesia.
