Author Guidelines

Ketentuan Penulisan Jurnal

 

 
  

 

 

Artikel ditulis dengan mengikuti sistematika penulisan berikut ini :

 

Judul Artikel (Calibri 14)

(1) dibuat jelas, ringkas dan padat, (2) artikel harus sesuai dengan ruang lingkup jurnal Management Insight.

Abstract (Calibri 12)

Abstract ditulis dalam bahasa inggris dengan (Calibri 10) font (1 space). Abstract memuat ringkasan riset, antara lain mengenai : masalah riset, tujuan riset, metode penelitian, dan sumbangan hasil riset. Abstract disajikan diawal artikel dan terdiri antara 150 sampai 400  kata serta ditulis dengan bahasa Inggris yang baik dan benar. Abstract diikuti dengan sedikitnya tiga kata kunci (keywords) untuk memudahkan penyusunan indeks artikel

Pendahuluan menguraikan latar belakang (motivasi) riset, rumusan masalah riset, tujuan riset, dan (jika dipandang perlu) organisasi penulisan artikel.

Kerangka Teoritis dan Pengembangan Hipotesis menguraikan kerangka teoritis serta penelitian sebelumnya yang menjadi acuan dan landasan logis untuk mengembangkan hipotesis atau proposal riset dan model riset.

Metode Riset memuat metode pemilihan dan pengumpulan data, pengukuran dan definisi operasional variabel, serta metode analisis data.

Analisis Data memaparkan analisis data riset dan deskriptif statistik yang diperlukan (jika ada)

Pembahasan dan Kesimpulan berisi pembahasan temuan dan kesimpulan riset

Implikasi dan Keterbatasan menjelaskan implikasi dan temuan dan keterbatasan riset serta jika perlu saran yang dikemukakan penulis untuk penelitian yang akan datang.

Daftar Referensi memuat sumber-sumber yang dikutip di dalam penulisan artikel. Hanya sumber yang diacu yang dimuat di daftar referensi tersebut.

Lampiran memuat tabel, gambar, serta instrumen riset yang digunakan.

 

Saat mengirimkan artikel, penulis harus memperhatikan:

1. Artikel harus sesuai dengan ruang lingkup Jurnal Management Insight

2. Artikel dikirim dalam format Ms. Word dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

  • Kertas A4 (21 cm X 21,7 cm) dengan margin halaman; Kiri (3,05 cm), atas (3 cm), kanan (3,05 cm), dan bawah (3 cm)
  • Jumlah halaman manuskrip berkisar dari 12 hingga 25 halaman.
  • Naskah ini terdiri dari satu kolom dengan font Calibri kecuali untuk judul artikel (Arial).

 

3. Semua halaman, lampiran, tabel dan referensi harus diberikan nomor urut halaman. Nomor urut halaman artikel diposisikan pada kanan bawah.

4. Tabel atau gambar sebaiknya disajikan pada halaman terpisah atau bagian akhir artikel. Penulis cukup menyebutkan pada bagian artikel, tempat pencantuman tabel atau gambar.

5. Kutipan dalam artikel sebaiknya ditulis dalam tanda kurung yang menyebutkan nama akhir penulis, tahun tanpa koma, dan nomor halaman sumber tulisan yang dikutip (jika dipandang perlu)

Contoh :

  1. Satu sumber kutipan dengan satu penulis: (Wiranto, 1990).
  2. Satu sumber kutipan dengan dua penulis (Wiranto dan Henderson 1995)
  3. Satu sumber kutipan dengan lebih dari dua penulis (Henderson dkk. 1995 atau Henderson et al., 1995)
  4. Dua sumber kutipan dengan penulis yang berbeda (Wiranto, 1996; Kuncaraningrat 1991)
  5. Sumber kutipan yang berasal dari institut, sebaiknya menyebutkan akronim instansi tersebut (BI, 2003)

 6. Isi artikel bukan tanggung jawab penyunting. Penyunting berhak merubah redaksionalnya tanpa merubah arti.

7. Setiap artikel harus memuat daftar referensi dengan ketentuan penulisan sebagai berikut :

    1. Daftar referensi diusulkan alfabetis dengan nama penulis atau institusi
    2. Susunan referensi: nama penulis, tahun publikasi, judul jurnal atau buku, nama jurnal atau penerbitan, nomor halaman.

Beberapa kemungkian penerimaaan artikel, yaitu:
  1. Diterima langsung tanpa diperbaiki
  2. Diterima dengan perbaikan oleh penulis
  3. Diterima dengan perbaikan editor
  4. Ditolak karena kurang memenuhi syarat dan akan dikembalikan bila disertai perangko secukupnya.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

1. License

The use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license as currently displayed on Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

2. Author’s Warranties

The author warrants that the article is original, written by stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).

3. User Rights

Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen spirit is to disseminate articles published are as free as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, Managament Insight permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work for commercial purposes only. Users will also need to attribute authors and Managament Insight on distributing works in the journal.

4. Rights of Authors

Authors retain the following rights:

Copyright, and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights, The right to use the substance of the article in future own works, including lectures and books, The right to reproduce the article for own purposes, The right to self-archive the article, the right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article's published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal (Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen).

5. Co-Authorship

If the article was jointly prepared by other authors, the signatory of this form warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this agreement.

6. Termination

This agreement can be terminated by the author or Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen upon two months’ notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party’s notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen.

7. Royalties

This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen or its sublicensee.

8. Miscellaneous

Managament Insight: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed and Managament Insight or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. Managament Insight may confirm the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.

 

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
