ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa menggunakan strategi belajar tuntas (mastery learning) dengan bantuan video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tahap penelitian yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 22 Kota Bengkulu tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 19 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi belajar tuntas (masteri learning) dengan bantuan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan cara: memberikan penyajian materi yang lebih menarik, memotivasi siswa untuk mencatat, memberi pengarahan kapada siswa untuk bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan, membuat kelompok diskusi, membahas latihan yang telah dikerjakan. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata skor aktivitas siswa dari siklus I hingga siklus III, secara berturut-turut yaitu 17,75; 23,15 dan 24,7.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to improve student learning activities using mastery learning strategies (mastery learning) with the help of learning videos. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the research phase of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in three cycles. Subjects in this study were students of class VII C Of Junior High School 22 Bengkulu City. Academic Year 2016/2017 with the number of students as many as 19 students. The results of this study indicate that the learning learning strategy with the help of learning video can improve student learning activity by: giving more interesting material presentation, motivating students to record, giving direction to students to ask questions and answer questions, to make discussion group, discuss the exercises that have been done. Increased student learning activity can be seen from the average increase of student activity score from cycle I to cycle III, respectively that is 17,75; 23,15 and 24,7.
