Abstrak

Have been done community service activities with the aim of increasing teacher professionalism in integrating mitigation education through learning as an effort to build mitigation awareness. This activity involved 50 science teachers which was held on October 12, 2020 at SMP 6 Seluma. The instrument used in this PPM activity was a questionnaire to collect data on teacher perceptions and independent assignments. Based on the results, it is known that the teacher agree that mitigation education is important to do in order to build awareness of student mitigation. science concept o is closely related to various natural phenomena of earth disasters. The science concept has the potential to be integrated with mitigation education. Based on the description above, it can be ignored that the integration of mitigation education is very important, especially for areas prone to natural disasters such as Bengkulu province. The integration of mitigation education has the potential to be carried out through science learning, given the concept of the character of science which is closely related to various natural phenomena
