Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tingkat toleransi tanaman lamtoro cv. tarramba yang mengalami cekaman aluminium pada level yang berbeda. Tanaman pakan yang digunakan adalah lamtoro (L. leucocephala cv. tarramba) sebanyak 50 eksplan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan penambahan Al3+ dengan ulangan masing-masing sebanyak 10 ulangan. R1 (Penambahan Al3+ 0 ppm pH = 6.5), R2 (Penambahan Al3+ 100 ppm pH = 5.5), R3 (Penambahan Al3+ 200 ppm pH = 4.4), R4 (Penambahan Al3+ 300 ppm pH = 3.4), dan R5 (Penambahan Al3+ 400 ppm pH = 3.0). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan lingkungan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan jika ada signifikasi akan diuji lanjut menggunakan Duncan. Analisis ragam menunjukkan parameter tinggi kanopi tanaman, warna daun, jumlah daun, persentase kerontokan daun, penyusutan media murni, dan perubahan derajat keasaman media berbeda nyata (P<0.05). Tanaman lamtoro (L. leucocephala cv teramba) tidak toleran terhadap peubah karakteristik morfologi tanaman dan pH media sampai cekaman aluminium pada level 100 ppm aluminium (pH 5.5)
