Abstract
Aktivitas perkuliahan yang berpusat pada dosen menyebabkan mahasiswa pasif dan berdampak pada rendahnya capaian hasil belajar kognitif. Oleh sebab itu, pemilihan inovasi pembelajaran menjadi penting untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada mahasiswa, salah satunya melalui penerapan model inquiry learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Anatomi Tumbuhan melalui penerapan model inquiry learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang terdiri dari dua siklus dengan responden sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa pada setiap siklus. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 60%, sementara pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 95%.
