Abstrak
This study aims to describe how the development of HOTS-based evaluation questions and critical thinking skills and produce HOTS-based evaluation questions and critical thinking skills in class VI SD Indonesian content that are valid and reliable. This research is development research, the development model used is ADDIE which has several stages, namely the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The results showed that the HOTS-based evaluation questions and critical thinking skills developed in the form of 8 multiple choice questions and 5 description items from the material, construction and language aspects were declared theoretically valid based on the assessment of the team of experts and empirically HOTS-based evaluation questions and thinking skills critically valid, and reliable. In general, the HOTS-based evaluation questions and critical thinking skills developed met the criteria for a good test, namely being valid and reliable
