Abstract
Dalam era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan keragaman budaya, tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan semakin kompleks, terutama dalam mengatasi bias yang mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar. Bias dapat muncul dalam berbagai bentuk seperti rasial, gender, agama, sosial ekonomi, dan kemampuan fisik, dan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pengalaman belajar dan pencapaian akademik anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen pendidikan anti-bias dalam di Satuan PNF layanan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), dengan fokus pada identifikasi dan eliminasi bias, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan adil. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed method untuk mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan instrumen pendidikan anti bias di layanan PAUD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan instrumen ini mencakup beberapa aspek penting: deteksi bias, peningkatan kesadaran refleksi, integrasi kurikulum yang inklusif, dan pengembangan metode penilaian yang adil. Instrumen ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan emosional anak, melibatkan orang tua dan komunitas, serta mempromosikan kesejahteraan emosional. Evaluasi terhadap instrumen menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dalam aspek kelayakan isi, penyajian, bahasa, dan tampilan grafika, dengan skor rata-rata di atas 80%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan dan penerapan instrumen pendidikan anti-bias untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif dan adil, serta mempersiapkan generasi masa depan yang lebih toleran dan empatik. Implementasi instrumen ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat pesan tentang keberagaman dan inklusi dalam pendidikan anak usia dini.
