Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis makroalga yang ada di kawasan wisata Pantai Malabero kota Bengkulu berdasarkan aspek morfologi serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan respon peserta didik terhadap E-Booklet berbasis flipbook materi Protista. Jenis penelitian ini Research and Deveploment (R&D) dengan menggunakan model Borg and Gall 1989. Pengambilan sampel makroalga menggunakan line transek berupa zig-zag dengan panjang 300 meter yang ditarik lurus dengan mengikuti area bibir pantai diikuti penarikan line transek sepanjang 50 meter menuju laut lepas . Uji kelayakan E-Booklet dilakukan dengan tiga orang validator yang terdiri dari ahli bahan ajar, ahli materi, dan praktisi pendidikan. Uji respon peserta didik terhadap E-Booklet dilakukan dengan 10 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Pantai Malabero kota Bengkulu ditemukan sebanyak 11 spesies makroalga, dengan jumlah kelas Chlorophyta 7 spesies, Phaeophyta 2 spesies, serta Rhodophyta 2 spesies. Hasil uji kelayakan E-Booklet memperoleh persentase 93,3 % dengan kategori sangat valid dari ahli bahan ajar, 85,2 % dengan kategori valid dari ahli materi, dan 95,8 % dengan kategori sangat valid oleh praktisi pendidikan. Hasil uji respon peserta didik memperoleh persentase sebesar 94,4 % dengan kategori sangat baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-Booklet berbasis flipbook dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran biologi khususnya materi Protista mirip tumbuhan.
