Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PBP) dalam manajemen laboratorium kimia untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan keberlanjutan operasional. Melalui meta-analisis praktik terbaik dan studi kasus global, penelitian ini menganalisis strategi implementasi PBP, dampak terhadapnya terhadap keterampilan mahasiswa, serta integrasi teknologi dan praktik keberlanjutan dalam laboratorium kimia. Hasil menunjukan bahwa PBP secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah, keterampilan kolaboratif, dan pemahaman lebih berkelanjutan dan efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengelola laboratorium dan pendidik kimia dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran dan operasional laboratorium melalui pendekatan PBP.
