Pengembangan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk manajemen laboratorium farmasi berbasis evidence-based practice (EBP) merupakan langkah krusial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kualitas layanan farmasi. Studi ini mengkaji perkembangan terkini, tantangan, dan solusi dalam mengimplementasikan sistem informasi terintegrasi yang mendukung praktik berbasis bukti di laboratorium farmasi. Melalui tinjauan literatur komprehensif, penelitian ini menganalisis tren teknologi, kebutuhan integrasi, dan dampak penerapan EBP dalam konteks manajemen laboratorium farmasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi sistem informasi dengan prinsip EBP dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan klinis, efisiensi operasional, dan keselamatan pasien. Namun, implementasi yang efektif membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang memadukan teknologi canggih, perubahan budaya organisasi, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi multidisiplin dan adaptasi berkelanjutan terhadap perkembangan teknologi untuk mencapai sistem manajemen laboratorium farmasi yang optimal berbasis EBP.
