Abstract
Abstrak: Situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia, termasuk Bali membawa dampak perubahan pada ranah sistem pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hambatan dan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru Pratama Widya Pasraman (PWP) dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket yang disajikan dalam format google form dan diperkaya melalui wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis dan disajikan secara deksriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan atau kendala yang dialami guru PWP selama kebijakan belajar dari rumah meliputi: 1) interaksi pembelajaran yang kurang maksimal karena kondisi anak, 2) jaringan atau ketersediaan akses internet, 3) keterbatasan kuota internet, 4) pelibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran. Adapun strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru selama pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19 diantaranya adalah: 1) mode pengelolaan pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi wilayah dan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, 2) perencanaan pembelajaran yang memperhatikan kebutuhan dan kondisi anak, 3) penggunaan metode dan media yang bervariasi, 4) penggunaan penilaian kinerja terutama pengamatan terhadap hasil karya anak, dan 5) pelibatan orang tua secara maksimal dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hambatan yang dialami oleh masing-masing guru berbeda antara satu dengan lainnya sehingga strategi yang diterapkan juga berbeda. Disarankan agar guru selalu berinovasi dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak usia dini.
