Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem manajemen risiko pada laboratorium kimia di perguruan tinggi Indonesia melalui studi multi-kasus. Dengan menggunakan metode review artikel, penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi, tantangan, dan faktor keberhasilan dalam penerapan sistem manajemen risiko di laboratorium kimia akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat variasi dalam pendekatan manajemen risiko, beberapa faktor kunci seperti kepemimpinan yang kuat, pelatihan komprehensif, dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan implementasi. Tantangan utama meliputi resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kompleksitas dalam mengintegrasikan sistem manajemen risiko dengan sistem yang ada. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan efektivitas manajemen risiko di laboratorium kimia mereka.
