Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan model laboratorium terapan agribisnis untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa melalui pendekatan Triple Helix. Melalui tinjauan literatur komprehensif, studi ini menganalisis integrasi kolaborasi universitas-industri-pemerintah dalam pendidikan agribisnis, penerapan model laboratorium terapan, dan dampaknya terhadap pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Triple Helix, ketika diimplementasikan dalam konteks laboratorium terapan agribisnis, dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, mendorong inovasi, dan memperkuat kesiapan kerja. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pembelajaran eksperiensial, integrasi teknologi, dan kolaborasi multi-stakeholder dalam mengembangkan model laboratorium yang efektif untuk pendidikan kewirausahaan agribisnis.
