Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah lanskap laboratorium diagnostik molekuler secara signifikan, mendorong kebutuhan akan standarisasi dan harmonisasi protokol untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengujian. Artikel ini mengkaji perkembangan terkini dalam pengelolaan laboratorium diagnostik molekuler di era post-pandemi, dengan fokus pada implementasi standar internasional, kemajuan teknologi, dan tantangan dalam harmonisasi protokol. Melalui tinjauan literatur komprehensif, artikel ini mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dalam standardisasi protokol laboratorium, sistem manajemen mutu, dan kebutuhan akreditasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi canggih, peningkatan sistem manajemen laboratorium, dan kolaborasi internasional adalah kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja laboratorium diagnostik molekuler. Kesimpulannya, standarisasi dan harmonisasi protokol laboratorium sangat penting untuk memastikan kesiapan menghadapi tantangan kesehatan global di masa depan.
