Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi teknologi Digital Twin dalam manajemen peralatan laboratorium, dengan fokus pada studi kasus di laboratorium Teknik Industri. Melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep dasar Digital Twin, aplikasinya dalam manajemen laboratorium, serta manfaat dan tantangan implementasinya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Digital Twin dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperbaiki pemantauan peralatan, dan meningkatkan pengalaman pembelajaran di laboratorium Teknik Industri. Namun, implementasinya juga menghadapi tantangan seperti kompleksitas integrasi sistem dan kebutuhan akan keahlian teknis. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi institusi pendidikan yang mempertimbangkan adopsi teknologi Digital Twin dalam manajemen laboratorium mereka.
