Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi teknologi blockchain dalam sistem laboratorium cerdas untuk meningkatkan ketertelusuran pengujian produk perikanan. Melalui tinjauan literatur komprehensif, studi ini mengeksplorasi potensi blockchain dalam meningkatkan transparansi, keamanan, dan efisiensi proses pengujian laboratorium perikanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi blockchain dengan sistem laboratorium cerdas dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan ketertelusuran produk, mengurangi risiko pemalsuan data, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Namun, tantangan seperti biaya implementasi, kompleksitas teknis, dan kebutuhan standarisasi perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan dan adaptasi kerangka regulasi untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat teknologi blockchain dalam industri perikanan.
