Artikel ini mengevaluasi kesiapan laboratorium di perguruan tinggi Indonesia dalam menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 5.0. Melalui tinjauan literatur komprehensif, penelitian ini menganalisis infrastruktur, sumber daya manusia, integrasi teknologi, dan kerangka kebijakan yang diperlukan untuk mempersiapkan laboratorium universitas menghadapi tuntutan era digital. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada kemajuan dalam beberapa aspek, masih terdapat kesenjangan signifikan dalam kesiapan laboratorium di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan standar internasional. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur, mengembangkan sumber daya manusia, dan menyesuaikan kebijakan guna memastikan laboratorium perguruan tinggi Indonesia dapat bersaing di era Revolusi Industri 5.0.
