Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak investasi teknologi terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan laboratorium dengan menggunakan pendekatan System Dynamics. Melalui tinjauan literatur komprehensif, studi ini mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek investasi teknologi di laboratorium, termasuk otomatisasi, kecerdasan buatan, dan digitalisasi. Pendekatan System Dynamics digunakan untuk memodelkan interaksi kompleks antara investasi teknologi dan kualitas layanan, memungkinkan simulasi skenario yang berbeda dan prediksi hasil jangka panjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi teknologi yang tepat dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi diagnostik, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi bergantung pada berbagai faktor, termasuk pelatihan staf, integrasi sistem, dan manajemen perubahan yang efektif. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan manajer laboratorium dalam merancang strategi investasi teknologi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan laboratorium.
