Penelitian ini mengkaji pendekatan komprehensif dalam optimalisasi manajemen laboratorium bioteknologi untuk konservasi keanekaragaman hayati melalui analisis komparatif praktik global. Studi ini menganalisis praktik manajemen laboratorium dari berbagai negara dengan fokus pada integrasi teknologi, penerapan standar internasional, pemanfaatan biobanking, pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan kolaborasi multi-stakeholder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan laboratorium bioteknologi dalam mendukung upaya konservasi keanekaragaman hayati sangat dipengaruhi oleh implementasi sistem manajemen terintegrasi, adopsi teknologi terkini, pendekatan berbasis data, dan penguatan jaringan kolaborasi internasional. Temuan ini memberikan landasan untuk pengembangan kerangka kerja manajemen laboratorium bioteknologi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan, yang dapat berkontribusi signifikan pada upaya global dalam pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati dan pembangunan berkelanjutan.
