Artikel review ini menganalisis transformasi digital laboratorium peternakan melalui integrasi teknologi presisi dan inovasi untuk peningkatan produktivitas. Berdasarkan kajian literatur sistematis terhadap publikasi terkini (2022–2024), penelitian mengidentifikasi implementasi kunci seperti Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Digital Twin, AI, dan IoT yang secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, serta pemantauan kesejahteraan hewan. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas dan pengurangan tenaga kerja pada peternakan adopter teknologi. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan biaya tinggi dan kesenjangan kompetensi, solusi seperti pelatihan teknis, subsidi pemerintah, dan kolaborasi riset (Digi4Live) berpotensi mempercepat adopsi digital. Kesimpulannya, transformasi ini tidak hanya mendorong produktivitas tetapi juga keberlanjutan ekosistem peternakan modern.
